Though the practician was efficient and the waxing painless, the allergy test was not properly conducted before the treatment. It should have been done at least 24 hours in advance, which I was not made aware of. A test was realised 10 seconds before waxing the rest of the area and the practician judged the skin reacted well enough to continue. Unfortunately, I had a reaction the following day and I am still dealing with the aftermath. It would have been better to conduct a test and reschedule the waxing session, but it was not suggested to me and I trusted the practician. They haven't asked neither about my medical history or potential skin issues, which I think should be mandatory.
