Sanaa was very polite. However the wax was not good. She did not use gloves and completed the wax in a room where 2 of the lights didn’t work so I couldn’t see the hairs she missed when she asked if that was okay at the end. I still have hair all over my thighs and Hollywood area. And her method of pulling the wax off bit by bit instead of a clean strip has left me with bruised hair follicles on my vulva and red spots all over my legs. At the end I also still had wax all over my legs.

Rumi was great had tear trough and Botox done. Was informed step by step and was constantly asked if I was ok.
Didn't feel a thing. Super clean very hygienic.
