I went in to have my highlights touched up as they were quite patchy from my previous visit, the stylist was lovely, she had to keep me waiting so gave me a free blow dry at the end, although I've since noticed my roots do still seem a bit patchy :( I am a bit disappointed but I believe if I'd had time to go back to have it rectified they would have obliged. I would still return to this salon as all the girls are lovely and the service is great which is a big plus point for me!
