They had mixed up my booking with someone else's, so my stylist was obviously inexperienced and unsure of herself. She had me standing up to cut my hair, and took off over an inch more than was agreed attempting to get it straight. She also only dried the top section of my hair, and my hair was really flat when I left. That said, she was very nice and chatty while she worked, and did seem genuinely sorry for the mix up.

I got a haircut and grey balayage. The haircut turned out exactly how I wanted to and I'm loving the fringe. I'm also really happy with my balayage - grey balayage wasn't easy to achieve considering that my hair is relatively dark but I'm really happy with the result.
