The saloon asked me to pay extra £33 because they said how roots colouring is not part of the Balayage process. Whenever I have done Balayage in other saloons this was something that's included. Make sure to call the saloon and check what do the mean by the treatment that you're booking for. They have damaged my hair a lot with Balayage and now my hair is really dry.
