The staff at Salon Zone are very warm and welcoming. It was a Saturday and busy when I arrived but they were very attentive and made me feel at ease. My hair cut experience was wonderful - my hair is thick and wild so I often find getting my hair cut a bit of an ordeal but the hairdresser really was really great and gave me a new cut that I love! Also, the massage she gave me when she washed my hair was divine! My nail experience was not as good...it felt rough and rushed. The manicurist also nicked my cuticles a couple of times which hurt and the gel on one of nails is already starting to lift which I am really disappointed about (just 3 days later). Still... overall they look OK and I could have been more vocal while I was there.
