Therapist explained well the process of the treatment and what to expect. The first side was done but I was not happy where the apparatus was placed on the second side and felt it did not match where it had been on the other side. When I asked if it could be replaced, the therapist said that was fine. She also left the room for a while, so I missed the opportunity to increase the strength of the treatment earlier on. When the treatment stopped, she was again away. As she did not return, I had to phone her. So overall, I felt that for £99 I was only half-well treated.

Sana is absolutely lovely, bubbly and amazing at what she does! She is really quick at waxing and makes hot waxing as least painful as it could possibly be. I’ve been to many beauticians and she is by far the best.
