Staff were lovely, so nice and made me feel so comfortable. Can cut curly hair too which is amazing, and she listened to how much I wanted cut off. Brilliant experience

Therapist explained well the process of the treatment and what to expect. The first side was done but I was not happy where the apparatus was placed on the second side and felt it did not match where it had been on the other side. When I asked if it could be replaced, the therapist said that was fine. She also left the room for a while, so I missed the opportunity to increase the strength of the treatment earlier on. When the treatment stopped, she was again away. As she did not return, I had to phone her. So overall, I felt that for £99 I was only half-well treated.
