I had a warm welcome from my hairdresser very polite and very lovely .. had the front of my hair softened it was a lovely cut My blow dry was good but needed too flatten more as was a bit too big for me personally..only thing next time I would prefer a blow dry without styling appliances But overall I would go back :)
