Unfortunately I didn't have as good a time as some of the people who have left positive reviews. I asked for a mixture of honey and light blondes to be used in the balayage but only bleach blonde was used. The colour washes me out. An odd method of back coming was used which meant when it came to washing the dye out I had an extremely painful hairwash. And painful post wash brush. I think I lost a lot of hair in the process. The haircut took less than 5 minutes and was no more than 6 snips. I very much regret not spending more and going elsewhere.

Had my first Balayage colour done today by Rumi and I can't be more happy, the salon is beautiful, the ladies working there are so lovely and attentive. Rumi gave me some good advice for my hair type and an AMAZING cut to go with my new colour. Would definitely recommend this place as I will definitely be going back there!
