The haircut didn't go as I expected. When I said I didn't like it and it was obviously I was upset as my holiday look might not be like I wanted, hairdresser instead of suggesting how we can fix it or ask why I don't like it, started defending herself and putting all fault on me that I said that I wanted like this. it's not fair as I asked for her help and opinion how we can do better. She was really confident that she knows how to do it but obviously not and didn't try even listen in the beginning.

Great balayage, Rumi is very experienced and gave great advice. Eyebrow threading was perfect and so quick by Sana. Both very friendly, would recommend and come back.

Such a great service and good value. My balayage is perfect and I’m very satisfied with the colour. And the haircut is even better! They took their time to finish it properly and they alway asked me about my preference. I will definitely go back! Thanks!
