The conditioning made my hair even dryer and the blow dry was terrible, they didn’t blow dry the hair root or put any hair protection from the heat.. I had to blow dry again by myself once I got home.

The haircut didn't go as I expected. When I said I didn't like it and it was obviously I was upset as my holiday look might not be like I wanted, hairdresser instead of suggesting how we can fix it or ask why I don't like it, started defending herself and putting all fault on me that I said that I wanted like this. it's not fair as I asked for her help and opinion how we can do better. She was really confident that she knows how to do it but obviously not and didn't try even listen in the beginning.
