It looked fine in the shop but once I got home and the products faded I noticed a burnt smell. A large section of my hair was burnt and completely frazzled. Also after I washed it there were 3 sections which had missed the snip, I did have about three inches off so obviously had to cut these myself. The ends are in a worse position than they before. It’s also a really weird shape in a pony now. Overall pretty disappointed and because I had a lot taken off I can’t have it cut shorter to fix it for a while
