It was my first time at the salon. Usually when you get your hair cut you have a consultation beforehand to discuss your hair texture and length, and what you would like to do with your hair, but the hairstylist took me straight to the basins to wash my hair.
The stylist was nice, she chatted to me and made me feel at ease; I can’t fault her here. But I would say that the service felt rushed and as a result my haircut wasn’t the best if could be.
When the hair cut was over, another customer came in for a quote the hair stylist turned her attention to the new customer I had to let myself out and put my jacket on which I found a bit jarring. there were no goodbyes or thank yous.
I don’t know if it was a bad day, but the experience just lacked the finesse which would encourage me to return.
