I booked and paid online for a 3/4 leg wax with hot wax. I arrived and was told that a 3/4 leg hot wax wouldn't be possible, so I agreed to have a half leg hot wax and the rest strip wax. I also asked to upgrade to a full leg wax and agreed to pay the difference. The beautician missed huge sections of my legs with both the strip and hot wax and I had to ask her to re-do a lot of it after she finished which took ages. When I checked after getting home I realised there were still many patches which had been missed. There was also a misunderstanding when it came to payment and she tried to charge me for two 3/4 leg waxes and I had to argue to persuade her that I should only have to pay extra for the 1/4 to make it up to a full leg. All in all not a great experience, wouldn't go back.

Hollywood Waxing
The massage itself was amazing - one of the best I have ever had, there was some noise outside the room at first which made it hard to relax however Susan quickly asked them to be quiet and from then on all was perfect.
