After my first experience elsewhere I was expecting a world of pain but was. Very survived at how relatively pain free it was! Susan was really nice and made me feel completely at ease and was very professional. She made sure a different wooden stick was used with each application to ensure everything was hygienic. Some really nice addied extras such as providing wipes and post treatment soothing gels and creams. Will be returning for my next wax and have recommended to my flat mate.
Lovely lady with great conversation to 'distract' me from pain! Calming atmosphere and clean room. Can't complain. Thank you Susan!

The beautician was really nice and it was a pleasant appointment but unfortunately I was left really bruised after my wax, something that's never occurred after any previous waxes.

Lovely helpful beauty therapist made me feel at ease straight away , would definitely recommend as she tailor makes the facial to match your skin , is thoroughly relaxing and you get some good skin advice too and most of all my skin looked and felt lovely after!
