I am unsure if Katie was new staff member but she was huffing when doing my nails and seemed cross/upset. however Laura took over to do the colour and nail art and it was much better service.
Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
My therapist was from Ukraine and was lovely. She did an excellent job and was full of ideas and suggestions to make my manicure as beautiful as could be. If you are looking for a relaxing spa no this isn't it but it's good value for money and the staff are very nice. I will book again.
Nail or Gel Polish Removal
I had gone in to have a Brazilian was done but chickened out as it was my first ever wax and had just a bikini line wax.
Yeah it was painful as expected but the lady was quite professional. Looking forward to going back and hopefully experience less pain as hair growth would be reduced.
