I had a confirmed booking through Treatwell which Slik Beauty knew nothing about. The girl I had booked was not even there. They did offer me another pedicurist which I had to accept as I was in a hurry. The nail clippers she used were rusty and she used a foot file (was it sterilised?) on the top of my foot (so not just on the sole and heel) causing the skin to break. I now have multiple scabs healing.

I would give zero stars if I could - I went for full body waxing had a traumatic terrible experience. The girl who I felt sorry for was definitely not trained / no qualifications the way she ripped over my skin on bikini was the worst thing that ever happened to me I was literally burned and bleeding , by the time she realised she didn’t know what she was doing she called in the other staff to finish it , but by that time obviously damage had been done. DO NOT BOOK HERE
