It’s always exceptional service when I go to Silk Beauty. There’s not much negatives to say. The staff are very kind and make you comfortable, the quality of service is up to standard and they do a clean job when I get my waxes.

I had a confirmed booking through Treatwell which Slik Beauty knew nothing about. The girl I had booked was not even there. They did offer me another pedicurist which I had to accept as I was in a hurry. The nail clippers she used were rusty and she used a foot file (was it sterilised?) on the top of my foot (so not just on the sole and heel) causing the skin to break. I now have multiple scabs healing.
