First visit, My Appointment was at 11:55, arrived early and got told my beautician hasn’t arrived yet. At the time of my appointment one of the workers advised that my beautician was running about 40 minutes late. I explained that I couldn’t wait that long and I couldn’t come back later on as I have travelled from Newbury.
Not long after that, Jess approached me and apologised for the wait and offered to do my eyebrows.
Despite the hiccup, I am very pleased with the service that I have received and I will come back again. Highly recommend.
