The therapist was lovely and really welcoming, especially since I was feeling so nervous!
However the wax let it down, i didn’t think it was very efficient and I wasn’t 100% with the end result as there was still quite a lot left.
Overall great atmosphere, just wasn’t as efficient as I’d liked
