Katie was lovely - despite not being very chatty she made me feel at ease. Nails are lovely, only thing I would say is the appointment took over 2 hours - usually when I get my nails done I am only 45 mins to an hour - so don't book anything for a while after your appointment time!

The nail polish I chose was finished and the lady was scraping the last traces. No one talked. One of the ladies didn't use gloves when doing my nails. Sad atmosphere, got bored and my shellac nail polish is now starting to separate. She also filled my nails unevenly, different size each nail ( chose square finish).
Very disappointed...
