When booking this appointment, the app allocated a slot from 1pm to 2:15pm. I arrived early and we began the treatment by 12:45 which was great however I only left at 14:55! That’s 2 hours and 10 minutes vs 1 hour 15 minutes (booked) and I was late to fetch my daughter from school. As we ran late, I was given a gel top coat instead of clear varnish but since I’ve come home, almost all fingers have peeled off - quite useless actually.
