I turned up early to my appointment and was welcomed in a warm friendly manner. I asked if it was a problem and was told no. They checked my booking on the system and just got on with threading.
Very friendly staff and the shop was spotless. Will definitely be a regular booking as the online appointment booking and payment made it all so easy and simple.

Not my best facial by miles, perhaps what is needed is more details on the facial description so people know what is involved. In 6 years I have never had a facial that included extraction and judging by how uncomfortable it was I won't again. The lady although maybe annoyed she did stop and revert to a more massage based facial when requested.
It was in a private room but with loud music playing which was clearly intended to drown out the background chatter from the main salon which it didn't
