The venue was very busy and the appointment was delayed by more than half an hour, the treatments were carried out by whoever became available even though a specific therapist had been requested. There did not appear to be a system and walk in clents were being seen as they arrived. I did not feel that there was any benefit to making an online booking, especially as the timing was delayed by so long and there was no communication. It was the 2nd day of opening but communication costs nothing

So booked an appointment and was told to wait outside so understanding it's the first day of non essential retail opening I waited about 10-15mins after my appointment time , only to go in and basically been forgotten about . I'm not convinced I saw Sita so this does not reflect her but the girl I did see didn't speak to me at all and didn't discuss how I usually have my eyebrows threaded so just went for it , overall they're thinner than I would like! Talk to your customers !!
