I turned up early to my appointment and was welcomed in a warm friendly manner. I asked if it was a problem and was told no. They checked my booking on the system and just got on with threading. Very friendly staff and the shop was spotless. Will definitely be a regular booking as the online appointment booking and payment made it all so easy and simple.
