My manicure and oedicure were brilliant. So pleased with the end results .
The salon was very busy. I was tild the therapist who was down to do my treatment was off sick so the manager was organising everyone asnd dong treatnents. Normally I think it would be a more relaxed atmosphere.

When I booked my appointment, the app showed me £ 28 and when I went to pay they charged me £ 35 and the only explanation they gave me is that the price changed, no apology, nothing and I still don't understand it. Absolutely disappointed.

My nails look good but the nail tech cut my cuticles too far back on three nails so I was bleeding. Very rushed and busy, not sure what they did for the extra I paid for a spa manicure as it was exactly the same as someone else’s mini manicure
