The one showed on this survey was not my therapist (Sunday 26th of Sept. 1:30) I had 2 therapists. The first one removed my previous shellac with the electric file, it was painful and now my nails are so thin that are breaking easily. The second therapist was playing with Seetha (third therapist) and their brilliants for their teeth, that the nail polish was poor applied and on top of that it is already peeling off, after only 2 days of applied and I paid 17 pounds for this poor service!!

Not a good experience. The floor was dirty with eyelashes and nails. No consultation was done for my treatment. They didn't ask if I had any allergies and the products used were not all Dermalogica, even though I booked a Dermalogica facial.
Also the rooms are open so I could hear the person next to me having a wax and talking. It was not relaxing. My skin had a reaction and is very painful. I've used Dermalogica for 6 years and never had a reaction so I'm very dissapointed
