Had lots of hair left on lips after Hollywood wax and lots of ingrown hairs too which I didn’t get in my previous treatment with a different salon. Also the facial waxing really badly burnt me, I had hideous scars across my upper lip

I had 3 different people doing my nails and the whole process was rushed. I had lash infils and the therapist glued my eyelids which stuck together. Overall not a great experience.
