Raman was extremely professional and gave me an amazing head and shoulders massage. I highly recommend her. I am already looking to book a 1 hour full body with her as 30 minutes today went too quickly! I went in feeling tense and low and came out feeling revived and relaxed. Overal 5* service. I have been coming to this salon for a number of years, and always had a good experience until recently - not sure if the management has changed or something, but the staff are all different, and the service has gone completely downhill. I won't be coming back again. The eyebrow threading was quick, but she caught my eyelashes in the thread twice (!). The "manicure" and "pedicure" was nothing more than file and gel polish. Not worth the money at all. Also, the 5 girls there were all stood around chatting, in another language, while I sat there in silence. The atmosphere was awful. Won't be going back.
