I always go there for waxing but this time the lady who made the waxing did a bad job. I went for full leg waxing but she left many hairs on my legs.

My therapist's attention to detail was really poor - she kept leaving patches undone, which I had to point out. On top of that, she wasn't very skilled on Brazilian waxing, based on the final result

I have appeared on my paid booking as I spoke with the lady afternoon. I have arrived on time, I was totally ignored by one of the staff waiting 30min, during this time 2ladies appeared with no booking and was welcomed for treatment.I was patient until that. The staff was arrogant and speaking own language, not even apologised just turned and pointed finger to talk to the other person, so Embarrasing, do not recommend Binu if you want to be treated like sh*t, so disappointed and unprofessional!

It’s my second time and I’m enjoying and liked the pedicure.
The only reason for I gave 4 is because I didn’t appreciate the massage, was very fast and not really soft. For a spa I should have a nicest massage.
But it’s ok.
The first time I did the spa pedicure was really a spa pedicure and I had the best ever massage I had on my foot, I don’t remember the therapist name, but she massage my foots so well and I felt like I walk in clouds for one week.
