I have been coming to this salon for a number of years, and always had a good experience until recently - not sure if the management has changed or something, but the staff are all different, and the service has gone completely downhill. I won't be coming back again. The eyebrow threading was quick, but she caught my eyelashes in the thread twice (!). The "manicure" and "pedicure" was nothing more than file and gel polish. Not worth the money at all. Also, the 5 girls there were all stood around chatting, in another language, while I sat there in silence. The atmosphere was awful. Won't be going back.

I won't be coming back again. The girl doing my wax used hot wax, when I had booked and pre-paid for strip wax. Then they tried to force me to pay £8 extra for the hot wax. She didn't even do a good job at the wax, it was painful and left lots of hairs!

Nails: The worst salon I’ve been to. I could have done a better job myself. Paid for acrylics but when she was half way through painting them she said this will be 15 extra. I wouldn’t of minded if the nails actually looked nice but they are thick and bulky and paint all Over fingers. A couple of the acrylics are cracked also.
Hollywood wax: ‘Hairless from hip to hip’ it stated. However i still have loads of hair down there! She also told me it will be £40 now (I pre paid 22)

I know appointments can over run, but after booking for 11, I didn’t get seen until 11.40. The pedicure was lovely, efficient and my feet felt lovely. If timings hadn’t have overrun it wouldn’t have been a major issue, but it takes a lot longer then the 40mins and the drying time is long. Slow yourself 1.5hours
