I arrived on time and they told me I may have to wait if people have booked, informed them I had and still had to wait 10 minutes until they were ready. didn't have all the colours swatched so I didn't know they had the colour I wanted. Nails weren't shaped and were filed so badly they were catching on things - I pointed this out and still had the same issue after she filed it for 10 more seconds. Paint pooled, lumpy, and not fully cured. Also got it on my fingers!!

My therapist kept forgetting to turn the uv light on and some of my nails are too thick with too much gel nails. My thumb was smudged and the repair job was very poor. I’ve had better!
