The service is ok but the staff which work there are not so professional, some of them don’t understand basic English . Also , I had the experience with price , I have booked online my service and I paid of course and when I been in salon they told me that the online prices are not updated, I had to pay extra .. isn’t alright from my point of view. Overall they’re ok 👍

I had my first ever hollywood wax appointment with Shaheen who was super lovely and patient. She was also very friendly and we laughed through the appointment together and she made me feel very comfortable. I also had my eyebrows waxed with Jas and she was super quick! She also did some gel acrylic extentions for me which turned out beautifully. She was very attentive and followed instructions well. Very grateful for my experience and I look forward to going back again!

Elsa was very knowledgeable about nail health and shared some useful tips with me. She was also able to fix my ripped nail and hide it with a really clean gel manicure. She was friendly and professional :)
