I did leave a Google review - in short, I don’t believe the nail tech was fully qualified. The nail finish is to a really poor standard and I have a friction burn on top of my foot where she’s used an implement to remove dead skin. I have paid £75 for this.
I wish I had said something at the time but I was in such a rush to leave after being there for 2 hrs.
I’m so unhappy with my nails that I’m going to have to get them removed and redone whilst I’m abroad.
The girl herself is very nice.

Had a manicure and pedicure. The manicure was great, person doing it was lovely and it looks great. Had a different person for the pedicure, who seemed to be a Trainee which I didn’t mind but then it was taking quite long and she was wiping off the polish multiple times to redo it, so I asked if someone else could do the polish as I needed to leave and again I had another trainee who did the polish ok but the French tip wasnt the best. I do think the cleanliness could also be improved.
