The appointment was delayed of 15 minutes but it wasn't a problem ( they communicated to me way text). The staff was very friendly and professional as usual and the treatment were just amazing. Relaxing and private atmosphere!

the treatment was good. I just didn't like the fact that I had to pay 10 pounds more at the venue for shellac colour and this had not been specified when I booked it through the app
