My nails were cut very short. While I understand that they were busy I was left with the drier for a long time without being checked on as my beautician went on to another client. I was not checked on and ended up checking my own nails to leave. When I asked for the polish to be tidied (as it was on skin in places) the staff member didn't seem please and sighed at me.
