Raman was great but when I booked I read that as a new guest I could get 25 percent discount on my first booking .
Lady on the check out was very unpleasant and did not accept any reduced price despite I mentioned to her that this was still under their website link as a special offer and if not valid any more it should be removed.
In summary Raman was excellent and great but atmosphere and the way the payment was handed will not allow me to visit the place again felt so frustrated.
