They had overbooked and taken too many clients for how many staff they had available so everything seemed a bit rushed and panicked, but despite this my treatments were still done very well and I walked away happy. The Dermalogica facial I had didn’t include the face mapping as described which was a shame as it’s a pricey treatment, but saying that I was still happy with what I had.
Overall, although things may have seemed a bit rushed and it could have been a bit more relaxed in there for a pamper experience, the treatments were done to a high standard and so I would ultimately recommend this salon. Thank you!
