First visit, My Appointment was at 11:55, arrived early and got told my beautician hasn’t arrived yet. At the time of my appointment one of the workers advised that my beautician was running about 40 minutes late. I explained that I couldn’t wait that long and I couldn’t come back later on as I have travelled from Newbury.
Not long after that, Jess approached me and apologised for the wait and offered to do my eyebrows.
Despite the hiccup, I am very pleased with the service that I have received and I will come back again. Highly recommend.

The whole experience felt very rushed
The lady was lovely but used an electric file to file down my nails which cut my skin
Overall quality of the gels was fine but not much of an ‘experience’

This was my second visit and I had 5 treatments ready for being a bridesmaid! Was thrilled with my lashes- I have a large gap in my eyelashes and that was perfectly covered. I was thrilled with my nails and felt I was really listened to with all my requests!
