Unfortunately the therapist did not speak English so she could not understand what I was saying or communicate back so the issue I went in for was not resolved at all. Okay if you want a very basic massage but not if you need a bit of attention in a particular area. Nice smelling products

The staff were efficient and did the job but the room was cold and I didn't feel relaxed which you want when you have such an intimate area waxed!
