Both pedicure and manicure soaking water were cold. Cuticle work is non existent, color on my toenails is patchy. Appointment said it will all take 1hr 10mins. I turn up, they are not ready for me. Then 2hrs later when my nails after the 'manicure' are being painted, the lady realizes she put shellac instead of normal colour. Offers to take it off, but in all honesty I did not have the time so I said leave it. I still had to pay extra in the end. Really really disappointed.

I decided to go for a pedicure as my feet needed some well needed maintenance and I never had one before. My therapist Sita was so professional and the treatment was amazing I could of fell asleep. Also, the massage chair was lovely and makes the treatment even more luxurious! Would highly recommend this treatment and Sita! Thank you again.

I went here Monday as my extension had come off and I needed them all redoing. I had them done by Anna. She knows my name and was very chatty, friendly and welcoming. I come here frequently as I have a partner who lives a 10 minute bus journey away from town.
