Whilst having a massage you're able to hear other people having treatments as the room isn’t sealed. Not very relaxing being able to listen to someone else’s conversation

Second time in this salon. The first time they finished an hour late but I put it down to the post lockdown chaos.This time the 40 min procedure took 1 hour and 40 mins. It took 3 beauticians to complete it. At the end they quoted £38 for the pedicure even though the price on their website is £35. There was no apology for the delay, or the fact that one of the girls clearly didn’t know how to apply nail varnish!
Terrible customer service and an appalling experience.
