They were understaffed today (due to illnesses, not anybody’s fault) but I didn’t expect my facial waxing to be done sitting in the hairdressers chair in front of everyone. When I was taken through for the next treatment I was given a towel for privacy but the towel was one I’d seen had been haphazardly thrown on the bed before I went in. It makes me wonder if it had been cleaned between clients?
I’m satisfied with the end result but won’t be going back.
