Prety is always welcoming, reassuring and also knows her job well, so is skilled at what she does, i always go to her and will continue to get my services done. Only thing i could critique is if the lighting could be improved in the waxing room so that is it easy for the therapist to see fine hair and not miss anything. Perhaps something like a ring light will help.
