Really dirty. Whole place needs a good clean but also sticky wax all over the bed I had to lie on. Surely they're meant to sanitise it. And the towel to cover me was not clean. Therapist was efficient but very cold and and unwelcoming. Been here a few times over the years but it's never been that dirty before and therapists are usually pleasant.
