I didnt get a hot wax throughout but the lady used regular strips on many occasions. I was charged 55£ full price for hot wax but didnt get it. It was hollywood and underarms and i got discount from 59£ to 55£, that was for approx 10-13mins. Not truly happy

Very good service, staff are welcoming.
My eyebrows were done very well, although needed a bit more attention to detail. Other than that friendly and reasonable price compared to other places. It’s my go to beauty salon.😉

After saying the wax was too hot the therapist didn’t listen. put the wax all over instead of doing it in sections which I did not appreciate
