Raman was nice. However she left 2 grazes on my eyebrows from waxing, it was almost bruised on one side where she waxed. Also my underarms were left red raw where she also waxed skin around the area that needed it. When doing my Hollywood wax she waxed both of the front of the lips at once causing them to stick together which was very painful when she had too separate the wax before pulling the wax off. I feel her technique needs work

The lady who waxed my legs was so lovely and friendly and chatted to me the whole time, but she barely took any hair off my legs and still charged me full price, which was extremely disappointing. I should have asked for money off as I am now shaving parts of my legs where she missed.
