A 4-minute walk from Birmingham Snow Hill station will lead you to the hairdresser's hot seat at SlickdBySofia. Free and paid parking is available close by for those arriving by car.

BOOKING INFORMATION

DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of your selected service is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from your total service price. The remaining balance can be paid via bank transfer or cash.

LATENESS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We recommend arriving in the area around 15 minutes early so we can start promptly.

A lateness fee applies:

• 15 minutes late – £5
• 15–30 minutes late – £10
• More than 30 minutes late – your appointment will be cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.

Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.

NO-SHOW POLICY
A no-show is classed as no contact and no attendance. If you do not attend your appointment, all funds paid, whether a deposit or full payment, will be retained in full. You will then need to rebook for the next available date.

CORNROWS/BRAIDING
Cornrows or braiding are not included in the service unless specifically stated. Please ensure your hair is already cornrowed or braided before your appointment. For the best results, keep the braids/cornrows as flat as possible so the wig can lay flat on your head.

If you require cornrows, this can be booked separately as an additional service.

WIG DROP-OFF
To allow enough time to prepare your wig for installation, your wig must be dropped off at least 5 days before your appointment.

You can either post your wig to the address provided in your confirmation email or drop it off via the letterbox.

Please include a note with:

1. Your full name
2. Service booked
3. Date and time of your appointment

WHERE TO GET YOUR WIG
For the best results, it is recommended that you purchase your wig and lace directly from SLICKD. by Sofia.

If you choose to provide your own wig, please ensure it meets the following requirements:

• HD or thin lace
• Virgin or raw hair
• Full frontal or closure only
• No synthetic hair or fibre
• No T-parts
• No damaged, over-bleached or stained lace

Your wig must be suitable to withstand professional services such as bleaching, heat and glue. If you are unsure, please DM @slickdbysofia on Instagram before booking.

Emergency appointments may be available outside regular opening hours or on closed days. Please contact via Instagram or email to enquire.

• Closed day – £50

MOBILE SERVICES
Mobile services are available for at-home appointments or on-location bookings, including bridal styling, photoshoots and special occasions.
