The business is rude and unprofessional and scams people using vouchers which they don’t refund. I had issues with the venues communication style when I was booking in with them. I went to my treatment and attempted to call and email as I was standing outside, I then received a Whatsapp message saying my appointment has been cancelled due to a personal emergency. I drove an hour there and a hour back. The owner had zero consideration for me as a customer and simply said "That's life" .
