The cut was perfect as always but unfortunately the colour did not come out as I'd hoped - roots are a very different colour to the rest of the length, but I think this is due to my hair being in poor condition - quite dry and porous. Absolutely can't fault Slawek though, he slaved over my hair for 4 hours, and in the end we had to give up as my roots couldn't take anymore bleach! As the colour wasn't as expected he has offered to redo it for free in a couple of weeks when my hair is a bit stronger.
